From Dallas -
I35 north to TX 121. North on 121 (actual direction will be east) 5 miles. After passing under the railroad bridge make next u-turn. Turn right on Leora Lane, left on Lake Ridge Road, then a right on East Hill Park Road.

In my testing it was exactly 4.7 miles from the turn at 35 to the u turn after the Rail road bridge

Once you are on Leora there are LOTS OF SIGNS - Keep driving into the marina and park in parking lot nearest the Pier 121 office
